I’m here to have genuine conversations, not to overwhelm you with clinical lingo. Our sessions are like friendly chats over your favorite tea, with a dash of humor, all in the comfort of your own space. 

I believe that truly understanding you goes beyond textbooks and therapy manuals. By knowing your favorite tunes, the movies that make you laugh (or cry), and all those little things that bring you joy, I gain valuable insights into your world. This helps me tailor our approach to your unique needs. But here’s the best part: I’m not just the professional expert here; I believe YOU’RE the expert of YOUR own life, your experiences, your passions. I’m here to learn from you as much as you are from me.
